Disney is famous for its free Dining offers and this offer was one of the main reasons we decided to stay on site during our most recent visit. This would allow us to sample a few different restaurants on this trip compared to our usual go-to places to eat within the park (a step up from Earl of Sandwich!). High on our list of places to try was the Silver Spur Steakhouse in Frontierland, in the Disneyland Park. This location is a Plus Meal Plan restaurant, which means if you have a plus plan you can dine here for free. You can dine here on the basic meal plan but you would need to pay the uplift charge. One the major perks sold when booking a Disney Hotel is the ability to prepay for your meals via the Disney Dining Plan. In America, the Dining Plan is a huge pull for guests shown by the unbelievable popularity of their Free Dining offers run each year. People predict in advance when these deals will be released causing every blog and podcast to get out their magic balls.
On 2nd June 2018 a special event took place at Disneyland Paris, in the Walt Disney Studios Park, the inaugural Disney Fandaze Party. This event was billed as a special ‘fan’ event, aimed at those who love everything Disney and Disney parks related. The event got going from 8pm on the Saturday lasted until 2am Sunday morning. Tickets for the inaugural Fandaze ticketed event have gone on general release. What is Fandaze you might ask…. well its a ticket only, Walt Disney Studios, event aimed at die hard Disney fans. The date of this event is Saturday June 2nd 2018. Early bird tickets are priced at £87 but are limited to the first 2000 guests.
